Working for Options gives you plenty of knowledge in the business travel industry. Every day is different and the team at Options works well to think outside of the box. Great team of caring, talented, and hardworking employees who only want to give their clients the best customer service they can provide. Options Travel is basically a family. When you join this family, you feel like you are going to work in your second home. Everyone is friendly but can maintain high expectations. You are expected to do the work you are given.

I applied for a virtual position as Lead Corporate Agent. After multiple interviews I was given a job offer as virtual travel specialist for a dedicated account. I was told this account needed "high-touch" service, also, as I learned there was a "problem" with the account. The owner of the company mentioned he'd like to see me stay with his company for ten years, while the director mentioned if it didn't work out with the account I would be reassigned. The account was extremely difficult. There were no set guidelines or limitations defining the relationship between the TMC and account. Anything you offered or worked on was "unacceptable" and account administrators were nit pickers. The best way to describe this account is a night mare. To make a long story short, I was terminated from the position because I was not a "good fit" for the account. I left my previous company with the hope of having a long-term job and I was short changed.
