Managemnt gets away with passing on their work loads while they spend a large amount of time gossiping, surfing the internet & personal calls. they are very petty & if you are a threat to there position they will write you up for any & everything. I have seen 2 very good employees fired for petty things while everyone else in the company gets away with much more fire worthy infractions. Yes they have an anonymous complaint line available but you almost feel as if the petty side of managemnt will ultimately have you fired in the long run. Plus any and all help you ask for if almost always ignored. this place can be such a better place to work for if they let go of the dead weight starting from the top. Sometimes working here is like you are walking on eggshells trying not to offend anyone. Too many strong working empoyees have left or been fired because of this.
