I love that Optiv has empowered employees to be visionary and create real impact for clients while being yourself. The culture is great with a strong commitment from the management team to support the workforce in achieving the vision while doing it collaboratively as one team.

      I have not experienced any cons to date, but I am a "glass half-full" person. Optiv has provided a great opportunity for personal and professional growth for me while creating a culture of accountability. Someone who does not like to be accountable for their results, may not be a great fit. However, if you are one who enjoys the challenge of hard work, learning new things and embracing the opportunity, Optiv is a destination you should consider.

      2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
