Not at all Inflated egos all around If you are in your first year, be prepared to be treated in a condescending way (a lot) Give an opinion on how to improve anything = it is now your responsibility entirely (and no, your others responsibilities won't be shifted to someone else) Be prepared to be working on both projects and production issues at all times (firefighting) Recently changed bonus structured (multiple departments were left off) Lack of clear defined responsibilities per team (supposedly this would "cause the business to be slower facing the market") Major decisions being shifted without even the team leads knowing (lack of integration between business and tech)
