Good products, Poor mangement - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Opto 22

When the company was managed by the original owners (the parents), things were better. Since the parents gave control to the son, things have gone down hill. Employees were afraid to ask for raises because we were always being told "the industry is down", or "sales are slow". Employees can't survive with no raises and increases each year for insurance. I was employed for over 14 years and for the last 8 DID NOT see a raise. Yes, they did give some profit sharing, but that is a 1 time thing and does not build each year.
