You will have to fight for a wage increase just to be denied no matter how hard you work. You will be doing the absolute most for minimum pay. They will play favouritism for employees that don't stand up or question injustices. They present themselves to be wholesome and care about others but it's all a brand, they are just as corporate as any big chain you've ever worked for and all they care about is protecting their bottom line.
