Pushing shoddy products onto customers, A very "white male" vibe in the office, Using out of date technologies, sometime leading to code only one person in the office can actually read/understand. However, due to the current company merges I expect this will change soon.

Most of the coworkers and middle managers are decent people.

The metrics the company uses to measure productivity is inherently flawed. It's supposed to reward you for the amount of time that is expected a task to take but that is not consistent for a large amount of the possible tickets. Also, majority of the department works from 8:30-5 but if you're unlucky enough to be asked to work from 9-5:30 you will always be at a disadvantage compared to everyone else.
