Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the Pros when it comes to explaining what it's like to work for Opus. - Low pay (below market rate on all levels) - A bullish environment where fear of getting "made an example of" to the whole company is used as a motivator? - Working hours - (whilst this directly shouldn't be problem as it is recruitment at the end of the day) be warned management will publicly shame if within 10 minutes early or heavens forbid you to leave the office at 6.05pm (expect to be escorted to a room to justify why the train was late - tip: not much point in justifying, you'll receive a schlacking never the less) - Sick days are discretional according to the contracts, but expect them to be deducted from your monthly salary as it's not acceptable to be ill. (ask T.P, but I'm sure he'll tell you anyway, he's not had a sick day in his life...legend) - The owner and CEO became detached from his business (a sabbatical after the summer party may have been a contributing factor...) he's always chasing bigger better ventures but a feeling of neglect across the sweatshop floor...sorry offices was fairly apparent
