The CEO is not interested in improving the team or particularly improving processes. The hiring process is representative of the general running of the company with a culture of no care shown towards customers by management. Staff tenure averages less than a year.
The company is organised in a 'flat' structure. This means no one has seniority, authority, or accountability. All conversations must be open and all decisions must be taken by the CEO. The level of micro management is very high.
There is no training within the company so different people will complete tasks differently with no optimal solution.
