A good CRO for gaining experience in ophthalmology clinical research activities. Travel expenses were repaid on time and the travel agency worked well for field CRAs. Decent IT tech support while working remotely.

Poor communication to employees of policies working with different sponsors. Management will always support their sponsor's needs at the expense of their experienced employees. The current corporate owners have little respect for experienced employees and will lay them off to keep cheaper junior staff to inflate profits. Never ask questions or you will get terminated ASAP.
