Hello. Thank you for your review. CEO and VP's go on field very often to better understand what are the expectations of our customers and employees. Just an example on the top level : a few days ago, Stéphane Richard met Stéphane, a shop manager, and Béatrice Mandine met Béatrice, a customer advisor. Just examples to prove that our management is very implicated to be close to the employees. There is a lot of HR projects to improve the life at Orange. The recent Global Top Employer certificate shows us that we are on the good way to make Orange a Digital and caring employer that we expect to be.
