Good experience, good working environment and a decent salary for ENTRY level only. Positions are very stable, and again the environment is really friendly and inviting.

Jungle gym career development approach, which could be fine in some situations but generally not in this case. If you are a talented person, you will not be able to move easily. No significant salary increase as you grow. No benefits. Experience curve drops massively after a while. Management is mostly under-qualified and self-centered. In a nutshell, i would only recommend this place for entry level positions. I'm looking towards getting out of the company to start a real career path.
