Pay is better than any other provider. We get a monthly perk through Perk Box. We have just been given life and long term sickness benefits. The training and support you get is amazing. There is little turnover of staff. They have extremely high standards and are very person centred.

a very positive work environment, staff from support workers to senior management have a genuine care for the service users and their colleagues, the owner and operations manager are involved in all aspects of the company which is great and there is zero tolerance to abuse and misconduct, the pay is excellent and overall a place where I enjoy coming to work!
