      Having a team that motivates and continues to want you to succeed in your role is probably one of the best feelings. Not only that, they make time to cheer you on and are constantly pushing you to ask questions and spam them for literally anything, job related or not. On top of that everyone embodies the companies values and its clearly shown through everyday work. Genuinely the most comfortable I've felt at any job and a job that I look forward to each day.

      There's honestly no con. The app is complex to it's a constant learning process but everyone is so willing to help that it makes that whole process so much easier.
