Overworked - Recensione dipendente - Assembly Line Worker presso OrePac

Don't believe that you have a 5am-130pm schedule. Expect to maybe get out at 330pm on a daily basis. They tell you to not get dehydrated but then immediately say don't leave the floor. Haven't seen a single manager jump in to help with production but will tell the door shop you're doing great but we need more production when they make you build doors that aren't even due for delivery until days later. There is no work/life balance unless you're in management.
