No career path. Appraisal process is not clearly defined. HR seems to have no idea about human resource management and career development. People get promotion by geting close to their managers/seniors. Slow decision making. No good project manager to implement a large scale project. Technically incompetent people get hired for real technical job. Product development guys dont understand client requirement.
