You have people that do nothing but watch others work. They are not supervisors or managers. They get away with it! Too many self proclaimed bosses at Columbus, Kansas area site. New employees receive only 12 dollars per hour! Pay raise not for 16 months. 34 cents added pay raise. Treated like dirt at Columbus Kansas site! Called names, talked down to! Screamed at! No training! No SOPs to go by! Employees language is horrible. Employees refer to women in derogatory names! Not just shop talk, horrible atmosphere! Stay away!
