Work and life balance, in house agency

Small size, conservative environment, relatively lower salary

At Oricom, the amount of skill and knowledge that surrounds you is truly inspiring, as well as the sense of passion and commitment at every level.

My only issue with Oricom was the work-life balance for the creative teams and account management. I'm not sure if its a cultural thing but it didnt seem productive healthy or sustainable.
