Redundancies can happen with little notice, which creates a sense of instability even in well-performing roles. Additionally, some strategic decisions, particularly around staffing, have resulted in the loss of highly skilled and knowledgeable team members. At times, upper management seems underprepared for the long-term impact of these choices.
