Where to even start.... There was a recent reorg in early July, where many people were laid off, all under the guise of a change in direction of how the company was being run. They laid off the only VP who understood the direct sales market and technology, and replaced him with family who, if you look at their profiles, have only worked at family owned businesses and have no real experience in leading a team or driving technology initiatives. This became evident when there was no meeting or communications within the group to provide insight into what was happening around us. There is no cooperation or support between departments either. The VPs and people other leadership positions who remain have displayed unprofessional behavior that includes bullying, offensive and racist language, and unwillingness to work together. This behavior sets the example for the people under their watch. This makes it nearly impossible to do a good job when all you are really thinking about is how to either avoid these people or figure out what their next undermining move is going to be.

Chrissy and Bella are absolutely sweet!! Most of the team members in designer care are very nice, managers are nice as well. Good benefits and positive environment, people are really friendly here and they really do a lot for their employees.

-Too many team leads.. there are at least 20 team leads and two managers. Lots of leads walking around with nothing to do but trying to look busy. Leads have titles with not enough work to do. They need to be back on the phones as back up for the main designer care line and they need an assistance line for dc team members to call when they have questions. -Designer care associates are looked down upon. If you have to take calls please expect to be treated like bottom of the barrel by other employees and team leads. Some people here think they are too good to be on the phones,they think you are not educated. -The quality assurance team for phone call monitoring is a complete joke. All women and caty. Stay on their good side or you might get a bad quality score. They also mark you down for things that are not customer impacting like sneezing or coughing and not using mute??!! Are you kidding me?! -Training needs content development also. Be prepared to spend 6 or more hours covering nonrelevent material such as "things that make you cry", "how many tattoos you have" "your celebrity crush" absolutely ridiculous!
