No pros at this company.

This is a dangerous organisation and toxic workplace. My personal devices were hacked using apple device management. I went through severe cyber stalking and harassment that lasted over an year after I resigned. My social media algorithm was poisoned and contaminated with depressing and harmful content.

This is the best company I have worked for! The people, the culture and the working environment are so good. There is flexibility with a hybrid working environment, there are regular social's and we've recently had a day out at a trials farm to see how our software can help growers make good decisions to maximise the performance of their crops. Our recent Employee Satisfaction Survey shows that we are exceeding the high performing norm of companies and yet the company is still looking to improve! The people are dedicated and motivated. There is open communication and everyone genuinely wants to help each other. We are based on a campus with great facilities and the office is modern with break out areas for collaboration and a great coffee machine! Did I mention the large chocolate snack drawer? We are also pet friendly so we allow a dog in once a week on a Tuesday.

Not sure I can find any. I would like to explore more opportunities for OD across our landscape and environmental businesses but this is evolving.
