No Salary Increment at all - Recensione dipendente - Senior Buyer presso Original Classic

Been working there for almost 3 years and i dont see any pros working with new boss.

1. Medical: - used to be rm300 every 6 months now rm50 every month BUT only if you DIDNT TAKE MC ON THAT MONTH. If you take MC they wont give you the rm50. Not that you can claim the money either lol 2. HR: - all these losers are racist as hell especially the new management from new boss. 3. NO BENEFITS AT ALL. - No yearly bonus eventho company makes big profit unlike previous boss before raya always gave bonus but this new boss? Become poor if give bonus to retail staffs. - Yearly dinner only for selected staffs. - Staff discount? Where? Old boss gave staffs discount but this new boss said will review about this staffs discount so will be putting it on hold for a while but now almost 2 years heard nothing about it. - boss stingy. 4. Career opportunities - where? Work like crazy even after 2/3 years still no salary increment let alone promotion. Why? Because the boss stingy. 5. Work life balance. - again where? Manager still texted even passed working hours lol. Seriously what a joke. 6. Favoritism. - this company really loves foreigners. All the salary and promotion will be given to the foreigners while the locals will stay as normal staffs until they resign. 7. Diversity and Inclusion - again racist. The racism in this company is very very bad.

Very supportive coworkers, boss is also very friendly. So far it's not a toxic environment for me. The salary here is pretty high so it's worth it if you want to work here for few years. The working pace is fast and workload are not that heavy. Office fit and attire is non formal. Wear slippers and shorts also no problem. There's a lot of eating area here, but just need to drive a bit. Got paid OT.

Low benefit. Low medical expenses too. Bonus is meh and nothing extra. Dont even have staff discount if you buy their products. Management is very strict and calculative with staff. Especially for the working hours. If 1 minute late then you had to add extra 30mins to your work hours. Cant even consider over the fact that I sometimes also goes home late 10-15 mins because of meeting and work. If you forgot to check in your attendance, they cut your salary too. Doesn't even bother to check the cctv or inform the staff about it.
