Orkin was a company many of us were very proud to be a part of, and now it is like working for a timeshare sales company. If you are not a super pushy sales person and you have a soul or a conscious then this place is not for you. I ran out of fingers and toes trying to count all of the agents and managers that have actually gotten sick from working here. You better get that high dollar insurance quickly to pay for you blood pressure pills and start saving for that heart attack and stroke. When your center has your best year ever they reward you all by lowering your commissions as a bonus. For 3 YEARS STRAIGHT!!!! But no one will remeber that soon, because they seem to intentionally be forcing tenured people out to replace with scape goats that will drink the koolaid long enough to put up some bs numbers before being fired.
