Everyone is like a family, very welcoming, humble, and super friendly. Its a amazing job to grow in, not only on the business side, but within yourself. If you can be a skin care consultant at Orogold, you can literally do anything.

If you don't like giving people the best costumer service, or explaining and having patients with costumers... Its not for you.

1- Multiple fun brands and projects. 2- A medium level of stress environment with a reasonable workload. 3- Paid lunch hour. 4- Good health insurance with Kaiser.

1- Company culture was not inclusive of diversity and ethnicity. There were a lot of gossips and people showing materialistic values. 2- Owners' management style was outdated. They focused too much on things like arriving exactly on time, and not asking them to step outside for doctor appointments or other errands that need to be done during bossiness hours. 3- Pay is relatively low.
