Working at Osisko Development was a great learning experience. There is the option for lots of responsibility and training early on during ones carer. There was also a great team working there duting my time, but most of the people have now left.

The work was very demanding with long days. They often were short people leaving extra pressure on others to cover. They often also wanted people to work extra days during their scheduled time off, removing one of the benefits of working a 2 week on 2 week off schedule. Pay was also low for the work done. There was often also the suggestion of potential for advancements, but they were only ever going to be offered to a small group of people.
