Stability is tough in an every changing environment but it's great to see that you are embracing the atmosphere and acknowledging the efforts we put into organising things. We feel like we are out of the worse of it in terms of our turnover and thankfully the majority of our departures were short term freelance options as opposed to permanent O-Members which can sometimes be just as challenging, but it was also expecting when using contingent workers for projects. Looking forward to the future, where we will continue to foster a great culture, we will continue to review compensation and where we will strive towards building on our increasing retention levels and reduction in freelance support to help with stability 😀
