      pretty simple job for me personally, but i know learning SAP isn’t easy for everyone and it’s a lot to learn vs pay.

      Poor pay (even when they’ve had the “best financial year”), poor management, multiple processes are soooo unorganized and constantly changing due to that

      Hard to drive change at times with certain team members. Clean data and systems can be an issue that requires manual efforts, but change is underway. IT processes can be hard to understand and time-consuming.
