The focus on people is fantastic and really gives us the needed stability for doing our job to the best of our abilities. I wouldn't call this necessarily a con, but the Product copes with so many use cases, and it's evolving so fast that, as an employee, you need com to be really agile to keep with the pace of the product evolution.
