      The product is fantastic, but you're up against some big, big, players who use every tactic they can to beat you. Clients have said the changes in pricing have been difficult to justify, even though pricing is inline with other competitive solutions.

      cool technology, awesome CEO, capable engineering and PM VPs

      engineering/pm leadership needs help. the CPTO is not technical at all and has no product vision. However, the VPs of both engineering and PMs are all very technical and capable. They are limited by the CPTO though.
