Owners are very friendly and courteous

Office space was too small

Pay isn’t bad for the work

They won’t hire you if you have a pre existing medical condition, which is illegal, assuming you can perform the duties of the job with/without reasonable accommodation. Also steals time from employees by refusing to pay them before they arrive at the job site, only the driver gets paid, even though you met at storage and organized the van for a half an hour, then rode in the van for a half an hour, it adds up. Also there are no breaks, and no lunch, you are expected to snack in the van between jobs.
