Outernets was my second home for the past year. I enjoyed every day working for this great company. The product is amazing and uses incredible technolegy to provide marketing solutions. The managment are awesome, hard working and great mentors. I learned so much during my time there and got to do something i love. I would never forget my great time there and appreciate the opportunity i got.

Outernets is a great Startup Company and has huge potential.

CEO/COO encourage employees to try new things, giving you the freedom to gain hands on experience in virtually any aspect of the business. They can be great resources for mentorship and you learn the ins and outs of the startup world and how small companies operate. They work with well known companies in apparel, tech, real estate, beauty -- almost any industry you can think of. You'd be able to work alongside these companies and create custom experiences for them. Technology is unique, has great potential and is only becoming more relevant to the marketing world. CEO/COO are open-minded, flexible and understanding. They value an open line of communication with every employee and accommodate when they can.

Very small team, so you must be able to work independently and hold your own. Company's focus frequently changes and can be disorganized. Salary/equity package is not competitive. Meetings are held in the middle of the office, so noise levels are high and it can be hard to concentrate/focus.
