I had a good time working for this company. They have a pretty good HR department and employees support system. They offer a good amount for freshers and also provide opportunities to learn. They don't micro manage their employees and let them work on their own pace.

They don't have any cons except for the daily targets. They get frustrating sometimes - but it's not the end of the world if you don't meet your targets.
