Outsite’s culture and team embodies the company. There is no divergence between the stay, work, play mantra and the management, who have lived it for a decade+. If you’re that kind of person, you will love it at Outsite (as a guest or team member).

It’s not for everyone, namely people who love going into a big office and having a boss.

Employees are given a lot of autonomy, but only because management shows little real interest in supporting them. The focus is almost entirely on meeting demands rather than providing any meaningful guidance or care.

• Employees are pushed to the limit with overwhelming workloads and unrealistic expectations. • Support from management is minimal or nonexistent despite the high demands being placed on staff. • Compensation does not reflect the level of pressure, workload, or responsibility required. • The imbalance between expectations and support creates constant stress and burnout. • High turnover is a direct result of employees feeling undervalued, overworked, and under supported.
