      They’re very hands-on when it comes to support, and I really appreciate the weekly/monthly check-ins. It made me feel that they truly value the relationship and don’t treat you as just another employee. They make an effort to ensure you’re doing well and that your work remains aligned with the role you originally signed up for. Plus, they really helped me prepare for my client interview and provided suggestions to enhance my CV.

      The only thing I can really think of is the time tracker. Although I completely understand why it’s needed, in general, most VAs aren’t usually big fans of using time trackers.
