Disrespectful sales team that does nothing but lie to customers which derives from the CEO utter lack and inability to lead. CEO is disreputable to all office personel and will back the sales team up even will lie to her bosses to cover up the low sales numbers and lack of ability to produce a profitable month. Office personal both ops Manger and office manager warehouse personal working 70 to 80 hour weeks while CEO and sales team run part time hours.

The staff and the customer was the highlight of this role

This organization lacks direction and had a lot of low product inventory. The company decided to close the US operation.
