• The culture and overall environment is built around instilling fear. Certain leadership is aggressively demoralizing which has caused churn of top talent. Described as the typical growing-pains of a startup, but clearly something more happening which isn't being discussed or addressed by CEO. • The company has clearly outgrown the office. This is being addressed. Internet not working upwards of 5 times a day for a few months. • Though the product is promising, there is still a lot of bugs associated with the product that has killed many of the sales team's deals. Lack of support for certain languages remains an issue as well. The product still feels niche, a like to have not a need to have.
