Worked in the commercial team for under a year. There are some nice colleagues, but management is extremely inconsistent. Rules and procedures seem to change regularly depending on the situation, and the leadership style feels very wishy-washy. The environment is also heavily micromanaged, which affects morale.

The people you work with are brilliant and frontline do absolutely everything they can for the business. Generally everyone is very friendly and the benefits are extremely good.

Certain departments have senior leadership team members who are not people trained do not care about people and only about themselves. Misogynistic views are apparent and women do not get taken seriously.
