I cannot say enough about the people at Overland. They are kind, supportive, and collaborative. Leadership listens well to ideas and takes input seriously. I have worked at many different companies in my career and have never had the pleasure of working with such a great group of people. Good benefits and pay. Very flexible during the pandemic and in general, even prior to COVID. Great work-life balance. Flexible PTO program is unique, and as someone with family outside the state, it's great to use my time off as I see fit.
