Bottom feeder pay; this company enjoys keeping their employees starving so they will work longer hours and bring in more productivity. Needless to say, they do not pay overtime! It’s almost impossible getting any help from managers, they are buried too. I understand the company did well above expectations and upper big shots all took their bonuses, however they will not pay their auditors enough to pay their rent and put groceries on the table. Most employees of OSI an EXL company is surviving through government assistance programs to put food on the table, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area. God bless these people, hang in there!
