They either dump the a ton of work on junior staffers or micro-manage projects to the grave that also have unattainable deadlines. The principal is never present and she is one of the most passive aggressive humans I ever had the displeasure of working with. I've NEVER felt so humiliated by anyone in this industry. You are WARNED!
