After working for the company for just over a year I can say that the company has to be one of the best anyone could hope to work for. The management structure is very flat - suggestions are always welcome from anyone in the company. Collaboration is strong between the different office functions and micro-management is non-existent. The overriding employment goal is employ really nice people and to just let do what they're good at. Management would rather wait to fill a vacancy than employ someone who will not fit in. There's low staff turnover as a result. Working hours are flexible and should you have a last-minute situation arise it's never any bother. The company makes sure everyone has hardware/software to do their work. Everyone has dual monitors and a decent sized desk. If you have never used dual monitors then you don't know what you're missing! There are decent treats for reaching monthly targets and staff members can come along to the award evenings... the company was nominated for many awards in 2018 and won several. As long as the company keeps up its work of maintaining the culture I can only see good times ahead for us.

Open plan office spaces are not for everyone, there are some louder personalities in the office, but everyone is welcome to put headphones on. The company employee count isn't large - if you're looking to move up through the ranks it would be tricky here as the organisational hierarchy is so flat. You will need serious willpower if you wish to decline all the nice snacks that colleagues bring into the office!
