Horrible company - Recensione dipendente - Aircraft Mechanic presso PAE

Where to start? Well I will preface this by saying that the contract I work on has the same Management and Employees as the previous contract and things ran great. Things quickly went down hill as soon as PAE took over. We have had bad contracts in the past but that had more to due with poor management. PAE has their head so far up their butt that the magic school bus would get scared and turn around. They had 9 months to prepare to take over this contract and they come in week one with no employee benefits set up and no idea how to get them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who doesn't crave chaos.
