Appalling Management - Recensione dipendente - Shift Maintenance Engineer presso PAI Partners

I'm seriously trying to think of at least one, but I can't. My time there was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a job role (And I've been to a literal war zone in the past!) Promises of non existent personal development, forced contract changes (after 2 months of starting) that result in hefty pay cuts and a management team that has adopted a bullying culture that has crept it's way down to some of the team leaders. My advice: stay away if you value the state of your mental health
