      High turnover leading to increased strain on the employees that remain. Little opportunity to move up. Focus on bringing in new people rather than promoting internally. Poor work/life balance due to the expectation put on the staff.

      During my time there was alot of redundancy periods (every year I was there for 2 years) which lead to doubt of job security. They switch from 2 days to 3 days mandatory to be in the office and the loss of flexibility was lost. Sometimes communication was not great, from both management and colleagues.
