      People are friendly and easy to work with. I would say the pay is average. It's definitely a good place to get experience and move on.

      Very bad leadership. Very bad benefits. Leadership did not set a good example at times. Communication between upper management and regular workers was bad.

      I was recruited by PCA for a management position and left my current position of over three years. Went to work for PCA and very rarely saw my boss. Worked long hours and not rewarding. After 13 weeks I was called to my bosses office and told that I was not meeting the job description and I was being terminated. Never any prior discussions with my boss or with company HR. Greg Ruffalo CFO is retired now and was my boss, he couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag... Incompetent Manager!!!
