There are no PROS to this company. Run while you can.

I was recruited by PCA for a management position and left my current position of over three years. Went to work for PCA and very rarely saw my boss. Worked long hours and not rewarding. After 13 weeks I was called to my bosses office and told that I was not meeting the job description and I was being terminated. Never any prior discussions with my boss or with company HR. Greg Ruffalo CFO is retired now and was my boss, he couldn't manage his way out of a paper bag... Incompetent Manager!!!
