Difficult to get what you need when you need it. Unreliable Maintenace support, managerial support, staffing, and much of your time can and will be spent operating machines instead of supervising and driving operations. Hours fluctuate and make planning your life more than a week ahead of time incredibly difficult. Not a lot of room for growth in the facility. Be prepared to move companies or locations if you want to grow. Shifts do not rotate.
