      Hi, its always a shame when someone doesn't give us the opportunity to discuss their issues, or feel they can let us know in person if they have any concerns.       Since I started PCAS 3 years ago, I have always been offered the support necessary to build on and improve my career, even at a young age when I first started. I have always felt supported, listened to and appreciated. The exceptional positive work and changes that have come about in the last year, are truly something to be recognised, and I am proud to be a member of the PCAS team.
