When the company asks you to switch project with very short notice (like a weekend), you should still be able to accommodate the company's needs. As most of the jobs are concentrated in one area (downtown mostly), it is not a big issue in terms of location (though sometimes you get sent to further cities), but to adapt again in the new environment with new team. Some people find this refreshing as they get a "fresh start" once they go to a new project, but for some people, it could be a challenge.
