      Overall a good company to work for. The employee share program promotes a good work atmosphere; everyone helps each other and works well together, for the most part, since the better our projects due, the better the company does and the greater return for our dividend. There are also a lot of good opportunities within the company.

      Svantaggi

      They tend to understaff projects in order to keep costs down and increase profits, which is good for the dividends. Problem is the dividends benefit the long term employees and executives a lot more than they do the people working in the trenches, taking on heavy workloads, putting in the long hours and weekends.

If you observe something that is not in alignment with PCL values and you think needs improvement, you should bring your concerns up with your supervisor, HRPD Manager, or workforce manager.

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
